Shipping Policy
Mr.GunStuff offers calculated shipping on all orders. We will contact you within 48 hours if additional shipping charges apply. Shipping includes a signature required, when needed, to a commercial address. Residential shipping and other special circumstances can incur additional fees. Any additional shipping charges incurred at time of delivery will be billed to you, the customer. Our goal is to ensure transparency and build trust, so you can feel confident about your purchases. If you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to reach out to our customer service team.
All orders are shipped promptly from Mr.GunStuff in-store inventory or partner distributor warehouse within 3 – 10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped once products leave their fulfillment warehouse.
Purchasing Policies
It is illegal to ship firearms to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). For that reason, firearms purchased online may be picked up at our store or shipped to an FFL (gun store) near you. We may contact and verify the FFL you select during checkout before we ship your firearm(s) or other restricted items. The buyer is encouraged to contact the receiving FFL licensee before purchase.
PLEASE NOTE: Once the firearm is ready to be picked up at your FFL, INSPECT THE FIREARM THOROUGHLY to make sure it is exactly what you ordered and that there are no defects with the firearm. If there are any problems whatsoever, DO NOT ACCEPT THE TRANSFER! Once you accept the transfer, you are accepting that the item is correct and in good condition.
Terms and Conditions
You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations.
All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering.
All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer’s box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Firearms requiring warranty work must be facilitated by the original manufacturer. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special order items.
Mr.GunStuff does not accept returns of optics and magazines. All sales of optics and magazines are final. Optics and magazines may be eligible for any applicable manufacturer’s warranties. If you need help contacting the manufacturer, please let us know and we’ll be happy to assist.
Legality of Purchase and Shipment
If you purchase firearms on www.mrgunstuff.com, you agree to comply with all applicable legal requirements governing the specific requirements for transfer and shipping of firearms. By purchasing from www.mrgunstuff.com you agree that: (i) you will comply with all applicable legal requirements in listing, purchasing, transferring and shipping Items; (ii) you shall be solely responsible for compliance with all applicable export or import controls in respect to these transactions and items purchased or sold by you, (iii) you shall comply with all legal requirements regarding the reporting, collection, withholding and payment of all taxes and duties applicable to the sale, export and transport of each Item; (iv) you shall comply with the following required terms of sale as posted by Mr.GunStuff.
In the U.S., Firearms (as defined below) must be shipped only to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. The buyer must transmit a copy of his/her license to the seller before the item can be shipped. The buyer must make arrangements with a Transfer Dealer before placing an order. For purposes of this Agreement, “Firearms” and “Ammunition” shall have the meanings given in the Gun Control Act of 1968, 18 U.S.C. §§ 101 et seq.
Mr.GunStuff strictly follows all rules applicable under ATF along with state, federal, and local laws. The below are subject to change and is only a guideline.
-The buyer must be 18 years old or older to buy a shotgun, rifle or ammunition for those firearms.
-The buyer must be 21 years old or older to buy a handgun or handgun ammunition.
-Firearms are only sent to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) and the buyer must complete that state's required process before the firearm is released.
-It is important to note that once the firearm has been transferred to the buyer, the firearm(s) cannot be returned.
-If it is determined that the firearm or related item is not legal in your state, you may be charged processing, return shipping and restocking fees.
-Mr.GunStuff only sells firearms, ammunition, and related items in the continental United States.
-All ammunition is considered Hazardous Materials and is shipped by ground.
Below are some state specific laws that we abide by. Please check your location as some locations restrict ammo sales. We strive to be up to date on all the current laws in each state for shipping and receiving firearms, ammo and related items. However, it is solely the customer’s responsibility to know the laws and regulations of your state, as well any changes made to them, and to abide by when ordering from www.mrgunstuff.com. To ensure that we do our best to follow each state’s respective law regarding the shipping, receiving and delivery of firearms, ammo and related items, there may be a hold on your order based on your billing and shipping address.
-California: Mr.GunStuff does not ship to the following areas: City of Los Angeles, City of Oakland, City of San Francisco, San Francisco County, and City of Sacramento. In addition to the above, all ammunition shipped to California must be sent to an FFL. Furthermore, no magazines over 10 rounds capacity can be shipped to California.
**WARNING: Some of the products found on Mr.GunStuff’s website can expose you to chemicals, which are known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. For more information go to www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.
-Colorado: Magazines with a capacity of more than 15 rounds cannot be sold or shipped to Colorado.
-Connecticut: Before you order ammunition to be bought and shipped to Connecticut, the buyer must submit valid copies of their drivers license and a copy of one of the following: state issued pistol permit, long gun certificate, or an ammunition certificate. Copies of these documents should be emailed to themrgunstuff@gmail.com. Order will be placed on hold until these two documents are received.
-Delaware: You must be 21 to purchase rifle ammo in Delaware. Please email a copy of your drivers license to themrgunstuff@gmail.com. Order will be placed on hold until this document is received.
-Illinois: Before you order ammunition to be bought and shipped to Illinois, the buyer must submit valid copies of their drivers license and Firearms Purchaser Identification Card to Mr.GunStuff. Copies of these two documents should be emailed to themrgunstuff@gmail.com. Order will be placed on hold until these two documents are received.
-New York: Ammunition cannot be shipped to buyers in New York City or any of the five boroughs (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Staten Island). You can have ammo shipped to a New York state registered FFL.
-New Jersey: Before you order ammunition to be bought and shipped to New Jersey, the buyer must submit valid copies of their drivers license and Firearms Purchaser Identification Card to Mr.GunStuff. Copies of these two documents should be emailed to themrgunstuff@gmail.com. Order will be placed on hold until these two documents are received.
-Massachusetts: Firearms and magazines are limited to 10 rounds. Any firearm or magazine purchased must be Massachusetts compliant.
This list will be updated throughout the year to assist you in knowing the laws and regulations of your state. However, it is ultimately your responsibility to know and follow federal and state laws and regulations as it pertains to firearms, ammunition and related items
Online Price & Description Errors
Unfortunately, occasional errors do occur. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we need to cancel an order we will not charge the customer’s credit card or we will refund in full.
Responsibility
Like many other items we use everyday, when used improperly firearms and firearm-related products can be dangerous. By purchasing through Mr.GunStuff you agree to follow all manufacturer safety instructions and to only use the firearms in a safe manner in an approved area for a legal purpose. Additionally, purchasing through Mr.GunStuff you agree and comply with the following statements:
-YOU are assuming all responsibility for the legality of a specific item when you purchase it.
-YOU are responsible for checking all local laws before ordering or using an item from www.mrgunstuff.com or any manufacturer whose product is sold here.
-YOU are responsible for complying with all firearms laws in your area.
-YOU must notify us immediately should you have any concerns about the legality of any product you have ordered.
-YOU must be at least 18 years of age to purchase ANY firearm or firearm related item from www.mrgunstuff.com and Mr.GunStuff may request a copy of your state identification before shipping your order.
-YOU must provide a valid contact phone number with any order placed. Mr.GunStuff may contact you at the provided phone number before processing any order.
In making a purchase from www.mrgunstuff.com, YOU declare and warrant that:
-YOU are not prohibited by Federal or State law, or local ordinance, from receiving firearms or ammunition, or firearm/ammunition components, of any kind.
-YOU are at least eighteen (18) years of age if purchasing long guns or long gun ammunition or ammunition components.
-YOU are at least twenty-one (21) years of age if purchasing a hand gun or ATF-defined “OTHER” firearm (including, but not limited to, stripped receivers, frames, and pistol-grip shotguns) OR ammunition or ammunition components for use in handguns.
-YOU are the actual transferee/buyer of the firearm(s) you are purchasing from www.mrgunstuff.com (WARNING: You are not the actual buyer if you are acquiring the firearm(s) on behalf of another person).
-YOU are not under indictment or information in any court for a felony, or any other crime, for which the judge could imprison you for more than one year.
-YOU have not been convicted in any court of a felony, or any other crime, for which the judge could have imprisoned you for more than one year, even if you received a shorter sentence including probation.
-YOU are not a fugitive from justice.
-YOU are not an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance.
-YOU have not been adjudicated mentally defective (which includes a determination by a court, board, commission, or other lawful authority that you are a danger to yourself or to others or are incompetent to manage your own affairs) OR have not been committed to a mental institution.
-YOU have not been discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions.
-YOU are not subject to a court order restraining you from harassing, stalking, or threatening your child or an intimate partner or child of such partner.
-YOU have not been convicted in any court of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
-YOU have never renounced your United States citizenship.
-YOU are not an alien illegally in the United States.
-YOU are not currently on Federal NICS or State agency “DELAY” OR “DENIED” status regarding your most recent attempt to purchase a firearm. Firearm AND/OR ammunition or ammunition component sales or transfers are prohibited during these conditions.
-YOU understand that handling, cleaning, or discharging firearms, ammunition or ammunition components may cause exposure to lead, and YOU hold Mr.GunStuff harmless and YOU assume all responsibility for any lead exposure.
